The BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia) Survey App is a platform designed to directly connect with customers (nasabah) for conducting satisfaction surveys. The application utilizes WhatsApp blasts to distribute survey links to customers across Indonesia. Recipients can easily access the survey via the provided link and respond to the questions, enabling BRI to gather valuable feedback efficiently.
Backend/API: Developed with PHP, NodeJS, Express.js for a fast, secure API layer, integrated with MySQL for data storage.
Web Admin Interface: A sleek, user-friendly admin dashboard created with jQuery, Bootstrap to manage content, user data, and progress tracking.
Web Customer Interface: A sleek, intuitive, and user-friendly. It is developed using SurveyJS for dynamic survey creation and management, jQuery for seamless DOM manipulation and interactive elements, and Bootstrap to ensure a responsive and visually appealing design. This combination provides a smooth user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
